Our professional personal trainer will carry out an assessment and find out what you’re hoping to achieve. They’ll then work closely with you to help you achieve your fitness and well-being goals, whatever they may be.
Current advice suggests that adults should aim to do strengthening activities that work all the major muscle groups at least 2 days a week and should do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity a week. If you are unsure on how to achieve this, how to train in a gym, or lack the knowledge or discipline to train regularly, then you could consider using our personal trainer to help guide and motivate you.
